4. Starvation



From The Minnesota Starvation Experiment, I disagree with this experiment. I think if human received less food perday or do not eat it can make many health problem , include body and mind. I believe Human cannot subsist without food , many disease may getting to you if you lack of food.

In the other hand, the starvation made their lost the weight but it’s made they loss energy too. They were dizziness , tiredness. They feel hungry and it’s bad and dangerous for health and body. I think , if you want to loss your weight. You will try to exercise and limit your food per meal. It’s so good than you don’t have anythings.

I agree with you about if we want to loss our weight we can do by eat food in adequate and do exercise. That is more good than skip some meal in a day.

Your opinion is true!!Sometimes i skip some meal but it make me feel bad. And anothe meal I will eat must more that the last time. So get to loss the weight having many way. Exercise is the one way that success sure!!!
